I mentioned in another post that I had received a 30% off coupon for Kohls in the mail.  I was lucky — usually the code isn’t that high — normally I receive 15% or maybe 20% once in a while.  And, sometimes, I’m in such a hurry to get through the mail I throw away the coupon in the junk mail by accident.

There are many online places to find coupon codes.  In fact, I make it a point not to order anything on a site unless I’ve done a thorough search for a promotional code.  Just type the name of the store you are shopping at in the search box along with the words ‘promo code.’

Now that we are back from Disney World I’m trying to find a way we can escape to the beach for a few days later on this summer — maybe in August. We’re about 3 1/2 hours away from Ocean City, Maryland — and that’s where we usually go when we can grab a few days away. Of course, this year it’s a real challenge trying to financially budget for this with the price of gas and everything else going up.

I just got off the phone with Blue Host website hosting. You see, they are my number one choice for hosting websites and I had noticed some advertisements lately indicating that they now offer customers unlimited domains hosted on one account for just $6.95. When I signed up with them a little over a year ago I was restricted to 6 domains and I noticed my account still had that limitation. I wondered, what’s the catch? and why am I restricted but a new customer is not?

I picked up the phone to find out. Now, most website hosting companies are notorious for long waits on the customer service line — many never answer the phone — and still others don’t even have a phone contact (be sure to check for that when signing up with a hosting company — very important to have a phone number to reach someone when you need them). When I called today the phone was answered on the first ring; I pushed the correct number for technical support and was told I was #12 in line — yikes! I thought I was in for a long wait. The person I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. Within a few short minutes my control panel showed my ability to have unlimited domains from this point forward.

It couldn’t have been easier — and now I’m wondering what new website I can come up with….. LOL.
