My daughter’s birthday is coming up later this month.   She’s going to be a teenager!  I can’t believe it — where did the last 13 years go!

She still enjoys playing with her American Girl dolls and accessories.  This year she’s asking for a lot of items for Samantha — since the American Girl company is retiring this doll later this year.  Once they retire a doll it is almost impossible to get any of her items — except on eBay for crazy prices.

We all Phillies fans here!  Everyone was really bummed out when the game was suspended the other night because of rain.  My adult son was over with champagne ready to celebrate!

Anyway …. we are all excited they won.  And my sister sent pictures from the celebration parade.  Enjoy!
