We’re having our first Giveaway! The winner of this giveaway receives a $25 Disney Gift Certificate sent directly from DisneyShopping.com to their home. Begins March 28th and runs through April 7th. Winner will be announced here on April 8th, 2008.

Here’s how this works: All you need to do is click the ‘comment’ link below. A box will pop up for your comment — type in your name and email — and tell us who your favorite Disney character is and why. One Winner will be chosen randomly from all entries. (The URL section of the comment box is not required if you do not have a blog). Only one entry per household.

    I have always loved Robin Hood. The Disney version of the movie has forever been my favorite version, and I still get all giggly and giddy watching it. It’s a fun, entertaining, and very amusing movie to watch. And the all star cast is absolutely wonderful, as well. Oooohdelaly!

    Tigger is my favorite character. In high school my group of friends all had nicknames from the Winnie the Pooh gang, which were pretty accurate for our appearance and personalities. My nickname was Tigger.

    My favorite is Lumpy — or the Heffalump that is part of Winnie the Pooh’s gang (the purple elephant you can find on Disney’s website). That’s my favorite as it is my little girl’s favorite and has been for years! That is the “lovey” stuffed animal she always sleeps with and has adored since she was 1!     Mickey Mouse is my favorite, seeing him as the Sorcerer’s Apprentice in Fantasia when I was a kid REALLY left an impression on me. That movie blew me away and I LOVED Mickey mouse because of that movie. Of course I loved all the animated short films and seeing him introduce the Disney movie tv when I was young as well.

    Mickey….

    The one and only…. the legend…. the mouse that started it all and paved the way for the rest of the Disney characters. Mickey is so versatile. Everyone young and old loves Mickey. I have never met anyone; white, black, brown etc… who doesn’t know Mickey. Of all the Disney characters Mickey is well-known and recognized by people around the globe.

    Favorite Character? I love them all since visiting Disney World last spring and meeting them all. Though we didn’t meet Tinkerbelle, it was SO cool seeing her fly out of the castle! I think maybe she’s my fav…for this week at least! LOL!

    While my favorite movie is “Sleeping Beauty” it is not the Princess Aurora who is my fave it is Maleficent. From the moment she enters with the oboe music until she dies as a dragon I am fascinated by her.

    My favorites change with my son … because he loves saturating himself with one character and then he moves on. So, our current favorite is Handy Manny! I love how it teaches children bits and pieces of Spanish and also how each show has a moral to it. Thanks for the chance to win!
